Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
MediMe.AI (“MediMe”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through medime.ai, how we use it, and the rights you have. This document is a template provided for review by legal counsel and should be finalised before publication.
1. Who we are
MediMe.AI is an Israeli InsurTech company headquartered in Bnei Brak, Israel. For any privacy matter you can contact us at privacy@medime.ai.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide: when you submit the “Book a Demo” form or chat with our assistant, we collect the details you choose to share — such as your name, email address, company, phone number and the content of your message.
Technical information: like most websites, our hosting provider may process limited technical data (such as IP address and browser type) in server logs for security and reliability.
We do not knowingly collect special-category or sensitive personal data, and we ask that you do not submit it through the website.
3. How we use information
To respond to your enquiries, arrange demos and communicate with you about MediMe; to operate, secure and improve the website; and to comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal bases (EEA/UK)
Where the GDPR applies, we process personal data on the basis of your consent, our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and operating the site, and the steps necessary to enter into or perform a contract.
5. Service providers
We share information only with providers that help us operate the site: Vercel (hosting), Resend (delivery of contact and lead emails), and Anthropic (the AI model powering our assistant). These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements.
6. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. Retention
We keep contact and enquiry information for as long as needed to handle your request and for legitimate business and legal purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including the EU/UK GDPR, the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, and US state laws such as the CCPA/CPRA), you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@medime.ai. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
9. Cookies and local storage
We use only essential browser storage and do not use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.
10. Security
We maintain technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information, including ISO 27001-certified practices. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, however.
11. Children
The website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
12. Changes & contact
We may update this policy from time to time; the date above reflects the latest version. Questions: privacy@medime.ai.
