The challenge in insurance

The information exists. Turning it into action is the hard part.

What insurance teams need is spread across policy documents, endorsements, customer records, core systems, correspondence and service files. Before every call or decision, finding, understanding and checking the relevant information takes real time.

MediMe gives teams a clearer picture in the context of the task at hand, so they can move forward with confidence.

Clear information for real work

Understand what matters. Check the context. Move to the next step.

Matched to the task

The information relevant to the call, the check, or the process the team is running — surfaced in context.

Coverage and terms in context

Support for understanding coverages, conditions and exclusions as they apply to the need being reviewed.

Supporting sources

The ability to check supporting sources for key information, instead of searching across documents again.

Professional control

Professionals review the information and stay in control of the decisions that follow.

The people behind MediMe

Eli Walles and Zvika Ilan lead MediMe together.

MediMe was born from a shared insight: insurance organizations hold enormous knowledge, but much of it is scattered across documents, systems and conversations. Eli and Zvika founded the company to give insurance professionals clearer information and better context for their work and decisions.
