Do I need an insurance licence?
Yes. Working with real clients requires a valid agent licence, checked before your account goes live. You can try the product on sample data before that.
Does MediMe take a share of my commissions?
No. You pay for the platform. Pricing for early-access agencies is agreed with each agency; see the pricing page.
What happens to my clients if I leave?
They are yours. You receive a full export of your book in a standard format, at no charge, and your client site is closed.
Can other agencies see my data?
No. Each agency's data is isolated, and access inside your agency is set by role.
Who makes the recommendation to the client?
Your licensed agent. The engine prepares a comparison with sources; the agent approves, changes or rejects it, and that decision is recorded.
Is this a chatbot?
